Understanding the My recent items view

The My recent items view appears when you click the My recent items tab. The My recent items view holds your 10 most recently accessed documents, folders, and files from among all workspaces similar to the following figure. Items are removed from the view if they are deleted from the workspace.

To view the properties of an item, click its name.

To refresh the view, click Refresh in the section header.

To view all of the documents files that you are currently locked by you in all workspaces, click My locked files.
